Mike Bonito
President (co-founder)
Mr. Bonito purchased his first property in 2005 in the Gatineau area. Having seen the potential profits in owning real estate, Mr. Bonito dedicated himself to the study of real estate investing. Mr. Bonito is a proud member of the Ottawa Real Estate Investors Organization and served on the board of directors from 2009 to 2010. Having gained extensive experience in the analysis, acquisition and management of real estate, Mr. Bonito established Peartree Real Estate Investment Group with is partner Ana Ghia-Pereira in 2010 to provide solid, quality real estate investments to other investors looking to invest in the Ottawa-Gatineau market. In 2011 Mr. Bonito also opened Peartree Group Property Management a division of Peartree Real Estate Investment Group specifically dedicated to providing exceptional property management services to the Ottawa-Gatineau market.
Ms. Ana Ghia-Pereira
Vice-President (co-founder)
Ms. Ghia-Pereira has always been interested in real estate, and has always dreamed of purchasing old houses and renovating them. Her own house was a fixer-upper she purchased in 2000 and has renovated it doing the work herself, as much as possible. Ms. Ghia-Pereira came across "Rich Dad Poor Dad" by Robert Kyiosaki and decided that real estate investing would be an interesting second career. She is a member of the Ottawa Real Estate Investors Organization, having served in the board of directors from 2011 to 2012, and a proud member of the Canada-wide Real Estate Investors Network. Ms. Ghia-Pereira is a founding partner of Peartree Real Estate Investors Group and has been providing excellent service to their many clients.
